Pearling Path Tour

This experience is designed to explore the key attractions of the UNESCO World Heritage sites of the historic city of Muharraq, guided by a local licensed tour guide who was born and raised in the Muharraq neighborhood. We will discover the art of pearl craftsmanship, tracing its journey from the initial stages to the final presentation in jewelry showcases.

During the tour, we will stroll through the narrow streets of old Muharraq, admiring the intricate designs of traditional Arabic architecture. The following sites will be included in our visit:

• Traditional dhow makers yard.
• Old Muharraq houses.
• Seyadi houses and the Pearl Museum.
• Muharraq Old Souk and Ali Rashid Fakhro Building.

The tour will be led by a licensed tourist guide who was born and raised in the area, sharing cultural and traditional stories that highlight the rich heritage of the community.

For larger groups, an oyster opening experience will be included at the end of the tour, giving you the chance to be lucky and discover a local pearl!
